Our local specialities are made exclusively from raw products and the best ingredients. Many products come from our mountain farm on the Gerlosberg.
Preparation in our kitchen may take a few minutes longer, but it is important to us to handle the valuable foodstuffs correctly.

Be the first on the mountain and reward yourself with a sensational breakfast? Absolutely.
We spoil our guests daily until 11.00 a.m. with freshly prepared egg dishes, farm butter, fresh hay milk, bacon and cheese from the region as well as homemade bread. All kinds of coffee specialities, fruit juice, hot chocolate or tea are also available.
TIP: From March, the mountain railway opens every TU and SO at 6.55 am for ‘good morning skiing’. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the perfectly groomed pistes, the unique views of the valley, the fresh air in the morning - just get on your skis and off you go.unlimited skiing - and afterwards you can look forward to a unique hut breakfast at the Kreuzwiesenalm.
Our mountain farm
Hundsbichlhof
Our mountain farm ‘Hundsbichlhof’ is located on the Gerlosberg. Animal welfare is important to us, so our cattle spend most of the year outdoors. The finest mountain hay, fresh alpine herbs and mountain spring water are the foundation for the splendid growth and health of our animals. And you can taste it too.
By the way: we use our fresh hay milk in our kitchen for hot chocolate, homemade vanilla sauce or simply for cooking.
